Mr Loh Chin Hua was appointed the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Keppel Corporation with effect from 1 January 2014, after having served since 1 January 2012 as its Chief Financial Officer playing a pivotal role in all its major investment initiatives and financial decisions as well as shaping the Group’s business strategy.
Within the Keppel Group, Mr Loh is the Chairman of several companies. They include Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd, the world’s leading designer and builder of offshore rigs and its key subsidiaries, Keppel Land Limited, a regional property company with a significant presence in China, Indonesia and Vietnam, Keppel Infrastructure Holdings Pte Ltd, which offers energy and related infrastructure in key markets in Singapore and abroad, and Alpha Investment Partners Ltd, the real estate fund management arm of Keppel Land Limited.
He also holds directorships in Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd, and associate company, KrisEnergy Ltd.
A Colombo Plan Scholar with a Bachelor in Property Administration from the Auckland University and a Presidential Key Executive MBA from the Pepperdine University, Mr Loh is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
