Assist the Executive Director and the Secretariat Committee of the ASEAN Business Club (ABC) in managing the club’s general operations, membership drive, as well as executing the activities for ABC.



  • Manage the club’s day-to-day operations – admin, finance and company secretarial matters
  • Plan, drive and execute ABC’s activities/events and complete them within the agreed timeline
  • Prepare meeting materials
  • Prepare press releases and write-up for website updates for selected activities
  • Prepare reports based on the completed activities
  • Manage the club’s membership recruitment and renewal
  • Active in sourcing out funding through sponsorship activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with ABC’s key stakeholders
  • Perform any other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor degree in Communications / Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in related field
  • Meticulous and attention to details with strong organisational skills
  • Strong analytical, prioritisation, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
  • Ability to write official letters to various stakeholders
  • Ability to leverage his/her network for sponsorship and membership drive activities
  • Ability to work independently and needs little supervision
  • Ability to complete the projects under tight deadlines and has excellent time management
  • Ability to multitask
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
